At forward2africa, we provide two package forwarding services that enable you to ship multiple items from our German warehouse. These services include our combine & repack service and our package consolidation service.

Our combine & repack service is offered at just €2+VAT per package. As long as your packages arrive within a 30-day period, you won’t be charged anything beyond this fee. We will combine your ordered items into one package, removing the retailer packaging where necessary (due to bulkiness or unsuitability for export). However, we never remove manufacturer packaging unless specifically requested. Our package is designed to help you avoid paying individual shipping fees for each item.

In cases where there are numerous small items arriving individually, we may recommend leaving them in the retailer packaging and placing them in a larger box. Our packer will use their discretion to ensure safety and cost efficiency. They will not attempt to reduce the package size if there are no cost-saving benefits.

Alternatively, our package consolidation service involves consolidating your packages into one airway bill without removing the retailer packaging. This means that your packages may remain entirely separate but shipped together, or they may be combined into one box while retaining their original packaging. Our packer will use their discretion to determine the best approach.

Apart from the standard prohibited items that are not permitted to be shipped worldwide, please note that we can only ship alcohol from our German warehouse using FedEx.
